Fantastic Morning Routine of Jack Dorsey
Jack Wakes up at early 5 am and does his meditation, and workout to make his mind and body fit.
Then starts the day with a cold bath.
He usually skips his breakfast and lunch and only eats one meal a day.
Jack typically left his office at 6.30 pm and after that, he spends his time reading, cycling, and doing things he loves to do.
Jack ends him with his only meal a day, Dinner.
That is how he spends his morning and evening time apart from the time he spends working in his office or in home.
